These terms apply when you use the website, API or agent tools of AI Home Services Booking.

What we do

We provide search, quote-comparison and booking assistance for home services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, appliance repair, locksmith, garage door, pest control, handyman and house cleaning. We may contact independent providers through email, SMS, phone calls and online forms, with human operators assisting as needed. We are not the contractor and do not perform, supervise, warrant or insure any work.

No guaranteed result

A submitted request starts a search; it is not a confirmed appointment. The number of quotes, provider availability, arrival time, price and job outcome are not guaranteed, and response may be slower where we have no pre-built provider shortlist. A booking counts as confirmed only after you and the selected provider agree on the address, job, time, call-out or diagnostic fee, and pricing basis.

Your decision and payment

You make the final provider decision. You are responsible for reviewing the provider, quote, licensing or insurance where relevant, and the terms offered. You pay the chosen provider directly under your agreement with that provider. We do not collect payment for the work.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, have authority to request work at the address, disclose hazards or access constraints, and do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive requests. For an immediate threat to life, fire, gas, flooding or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first.

Coverage

The service covers Canada and the United States. We may change, suspend or limit the service, coverage or interfaces, and may decline requests we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a provider's acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing, delays, property damage or disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
